This application has been filed to grant extension to the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in favour of the Assistant Registrar (OS-II) High Court, Madras in the above captioned O.P. Vide order dated 09.09.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the application is ordered as prayed for. Time to execute the bond is extended till 25.07.2025.
