This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct to the respondent to file final report in F.I.R.No.8/2024, dated 30.08.2024 on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time period. 1/4
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the documents collected have been sent for expert opinion and thereby, they are unable to file the charge sheet and he seeks time.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police and also perused the materials available on record.
4. It is seen that the FIR itself has been registered for the allegation of forging of sale deed for which, opinion of the expert is necessary to file final report. Now the respondents have collected the documents and sent the same for Forensic Lab for expert opinion.
5. In such view of the fact, the respondent police is directed to file the charge sheet soon after the receipt of the report from the Forensic Lab.
6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
