J U D G M E N T

At the instance of the parties, the matter was referred to Mediation and the parties settled the dispute before the Mediation center. Memorandum of understanding dated 14.12.2017 has been filed by the parties before the Mediation Center along with the report of the Mediators.

2. As per the Memorandum of understanding, the defendants have agreed to pay a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- in full and final settlement of the suit claim in a phased manner.

3. The memorandum of understanding is recorded. There will be a decree in terms of the memorandum of understanding in the suit. The parties shall bear their own costs.
