This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders pending on the file of this Court in Crl.MP.No.5822 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.6037 of 2023 order dated 26.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
