These applications have been filed to amend the Crime No.176 of 2022 instead of Crime No.176 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9567 of 2023 and Crl.M.P.No.8049 of 2023 and to extend the time granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, these petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.9567 of 2023 and Crl.M.P.No.8049 of 2023 and issue fresh order copy. Further period of two weeks is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions.
