The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.06.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 414 read with Section 34 of IPC in Crime No.58 of 2022, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused brake open the defacto complainant's house and stolen away 57 sovereigns of gold ornaments and a cash of Rs.25,000/-. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and a false case has been lodged against the petitioner. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted there is one previous case pending against the petitioner. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence committed which is serious and heinous against the society, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
