ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue a patta to the petitioner in respect of his property comprising in S.No. 61 situated at Poosaaripatti Village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District by considering petitioner's on-line application dated 16.03.2023, 15.06.2024 and representation dated 17.04.2023.

2. The petitioner submitted online application on 15.06.2024 with a request for name transfer of patta, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case and directs the third respondent 2/4

to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
