This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2024 and to include the name of the petitioner, Chinnamani and Radhakrishnan in Patta No.532, 505 and 506 respectively.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 21.02.2024 with a request for issuance of joint patta, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case and directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period 2/4

of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
