O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 27.01.2016 and the reminder dated 28.01.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 27.01.2016 and he has also sent a reminder to the second respondent on 28.01.2016 stating that he has purchased a JCB bearing registration No.TN-74-AC-3281 and the vehicle has been seized by the Financier for non-payment of the due amount. But the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the vehicle has already been handed over to the petitioner. He would also submit that since it is a financial transaction between the petitioner and the counter petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and closed on 29.01.2016.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
