Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Second Respondent to furnish the documents Exhibits R1 to Exhibit R342 on the file of the Third Respondent as per the representation made by the Petitioner on 14.02.2019. O R D E R

Having regard to the nature of grievance sought to be ventilated by the Petitioner, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner would make fresh request before the Second Respondent to furnish requisite documents, viz., Exhibits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

R-1 to R-342 on the file of the Third Respondent and it would suffice if the Second Respondent does not pass a final order in the matter adverse to the Petitioner till outcome of the action taken on such request is made known in writing to the Petitioner. 2.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. It is also made clear that if the Second Respondent refuses or fails to give the requisite documents, it is open to the Petitioner to work out his remedy for the same in the manner recognized by law.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
