CMP Nos.16992, 16995 and 16998 of 2019 CMP Nos.16992, 16995 and 16998 of 2019 in S.A. No.938 of 2010 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

CMP Nos.16992, 16995 and 16998 of 2019 have been filed by the petitioners i)to condone the delay of 2113 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant Marammal; ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant as appellants 2 to 5 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection for allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
