2025 in Crl.A.No.509 of 2025 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Spl.Judge, Chengalpattu, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen from the records that the petitioner had complied with the condition imposed in paragraph No.6(iii) in Crl.M.P.No.10091 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.509 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025.

Therefore, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(iii) of the order dated 21.05.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.10091 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.509 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.6(iii) is modified as follows: "The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court once every two months on the first working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
