This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 13.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16291 of 2022 to ''appear before the learned II Additional Sub-Court, Villupuram within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall NBW already issued against the him''.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned II Additional Sub-Court, Villupuram, as ordered by this Court, on or before 02.09.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
