Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed in Cr.No.7 of 2017 and final report has been filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur on 11.06.2019 and he would further submit that as per the instructions of the respondent, it is yet to be taken on file.
