ORDER
It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint is pending against the petitioners and the petitioners have not complied with the summons issued to them with reference to the same to appear for enquiry. 2.On the other hand, the petitioners' counsel represents that they are ready to cooperate for the enquiry with the respondent police and also appear before the respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for concluding the enquiry.
3.Taking into consideration of the abovesaid factors, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on 28.12.2020 for the purpose of concluding the enquiry and the respondent police is also directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously.
