This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.265 of 2022 on the file of the respondent.

2.It is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is falsely implicated as accused in Cr.No.265 of 2022 for the offences under Section 406 and 420 of I.P.C. He is in judicial custody from 17.05.2023. Thus, this petition is filed for seeking bail. 3.In response, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that it is a case of job racketing. The accused in this case has collected more than Rs.3 crore from twenty-six persons on the promise of getting Government job. Petitioner is an agent who involved in collecting money from the victims. He received Rs.7,00,000/- as commission. Investigation in this case is not completed.

Crl.OP.No.16378 of 2023 and that investigation is not completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
