The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring on record the respondents 2 to 4 herein as the legal representatives of deceased 1st respondent (Palaniappan) and to array the 4th respondent herein as the 4th respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection for allowing this petition and he also undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the proposed respondent.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
