The learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, has filed a Memo vide SR.No.2536/2017 dated 13.03.2017, praying for withdrawal of the above Second Appeal on the ground that parties have arrived at compromise to resolve the dispute amicably. The said Memo is taken on file and recorded.

Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
