This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court, dated 27.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6790 of 2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
