This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.No.8852 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.661 of 2022 vide order dated 07.07.2022, to appear before the learned Special Judge for trial of cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Salem, at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of every English Calendar month, till the disposal of the appeal. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is suffering from post polio residual paralysis and due to which, he is unable to walk and he finds it difficult to comply with the condition. Hence, he seeks relaxation of the condition as imposed on him.

3. Mr.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8852 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.661 of 2022 vide order dated 07.07.2022, is totally relaxed.
