This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 94 days in filing the above CMA filed in S.R.No.89038 of 2023.

2.The respondent Transport Corporation is represented through counsel.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 94 days is condoned.

5.The name of the counsel for the respondent shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.

6.The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to immediately serve the papers on the learned counsel for the respondent.
