ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to conduct further investigation in Crime No.209 of 2019 and to file a final report within a stipulated time frame, or any other order or orders as this Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances

of the above case.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 11.12.2019, no final report has been filed till date. He would further submit that the petitioner has also given a complaint before the 3rd respondent and he wants the 3rd respondent to consider the same while investigating the case in Crime No.209 of 2019. 4.The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents in reply to the said submission, stated that the 3rd respondent will take into consideration the version given by both the sides and will file a final report within the time period stipulated by this Court. 5.

In view of the above, the 3rd respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
