The compliance report filed shows that the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board has carried out the test and the level of particulate matter has been found to be above the National Ambient Air quality standards in the Erode City. 2.In view of the aforesaid, learned Additional Government Pleader states that necessary action will be taken including examining the question of extending the G.O. applicable to Chennai even to Erode and this exercise be completed within three (3) months from today.
