The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case pending investigation in Crime No.297 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.297 of 2013, investigation was completed and charge sheet is made ready and he seeks time to file the charge sheet.
