This petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act XXXIX of 1925 for grant of Succession Certificate.

2. The first petitioner is the husband of the deceased Mrs.Parimala Aravind. The second petitioner is the daughter of the deceased. The deceased Mrs.Parimala Aravind died on 29.03.2020 and she has left the assets as shown in the schedule. Hence the petitioners being the legal heirs, have sought to issue Succession Certificate.

3. The first petitioner has been examined as PW-1. Exhibits P1 to P5 marked. Ex.P1 is the statement of accounts to prove that the deceased left assets in the ICICI Bank. Ex.P2 is filed to prove the death of the deceased Mrs.Parimala Aravind. Ex.P3 is filed to prove the Legal Heir Certificate. Ex.P4 is the Adhar copy and Ex.P5 is the paper publication. It is clearly seen that the petitioners are the only legal heirs.

4.Considering the fact that petitioners are the legal heirs, the petition is ordered as prayed for and a direction for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners with the power to collect the debts and to receive interest/accrued benefits specified in the schedule, is issued. 17.10.2023 skr
