This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22566 of 2022 dated 12.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in this completed and the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.14 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
