ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the husband of the detenue - Mrs.Pandiselvi, aged 34 years. This petition has been filed by him seeking a direction to the 1st respondent for the production of the detenue.

2. Though this petition is not listed, at the instance of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is taken up today for hearing.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The detenue is present before us. On enquiry, the detenue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner, who is her husband.

5. In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed setting the detenue at liberty.
