(CRIME NO.514 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent/police weekly twice until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in the above in Crl.M.P.No.17947/2019 in Crl.O.P.28779 of 2019 vide order dated 03.12.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.MURTHY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 03.12.2019 in Crl.MP.No.17947 of 2019 in Crl.OP.No.28779 of 2019 modified the conditions imposed by the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail and charge sheet has been filed.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 03.12.2019 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on each and every hearing date until further orders.
