Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the third respondent/Paritha Beevi died on 05.11.2023 leaving behind the proposed respondents 4 to 6 as her legal heirs. Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions and accordingly these petitions are allowed.
