The petitioners have filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the e respondents 1 and 2 from registering any document presented by respondents 3 to y pertaining to the petitioners' property mentioned in the Writ Petition.
2. Since the petitioners are seeking for a prayer restraining the respondents 3 to 7 from registering any sale deeds pertaining to the properties, the remedy open to the
petitioners is only to file Civil Suit as against the private parties.
3. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, it is open to the petitioners to file a Civil Suit seeking for appropriate relief in accordance with law. No costs. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
