This application has been filed seeking to implead the mother of the respondent /power of attorney of the respondent as an independent second respondent in the petition.

2. The respondent /mother is now in Canada and the child is now under the care and custody of the mother, who is now sought to be impleaded.

3. In view of the circumstances stated, the application stands allowed.

4. It is also to be noted that the counsel, who had entered appearance on behalf of the respondent, had also undertaken to appear on behalf of the proposed respondent.
