Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent relating to the Panel for the post of Middle School Headmaster of Kundadam Panchayat Union dated 29.10.2007 and quash the same in so far as it relates to the inclusion of the name of 4th respondent is concerned and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to implement the panel for the post of Middle School headmaster, which was approved on 28.08.2007 by the 2nd respondent herein by giving promotion to the petitioner as Middle School Headmaster.

When the matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the panel dated 29.10.2007. However, during the pendancy of the writ petition, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner got promotion and hence no adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as nothing survives for further adjudication. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
