ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the wife of one Mr.Manoharan, whom according to the petitioner has been found missing from 13.6.2016 onwards. In this regard, he has made a complaint to the police, upon which a case has been registered in Cr.No.824 of 2016. Since he has not been traced out so far, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.
2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up, there was no representation for the petitioner. Neither the petitioner made appearance.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu collected huge amount from various persons and when they demanded money, he has escaped. A case has been registered against the detenu and he is wanted for arrest.
4. In view of the above stated position, we do not find any merit in the petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. kua (S.N.J.,) (V.B.D.J.,)
