Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the learned counsel for the petitioner on record, sought permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition and endorsement was also made on the petition. Permission is granted and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition. The liberty that is granted now, has got to be read with the order dated 16.05.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4152 of 2018. In case the pleadings in W.P.No.4152 of 2018 and the relief are almost identical in this Writ Petition, the liberty granted herein shall be deemed to have been cancelled, as the petitioner has not produced the affidavit filed in support of the said W.P.No.4152 of 2018, and only the order passed in the said W.P.No.4152 of 2018 is enclosed in the typed set of papers herein. No costs.
