It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that after the conclusion of the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2018, it has been referred as mistake of fact and report has been submitted to Judicial Magistrate No.I. Sangagiri.
2. It is represented by the counsel for the petitioner that RCS notice has not been served on the defacto complainant. The respondent police is directed to serve the RCS notice to the defacto complainant for taking further process as per law.
3. With the abovesaid observations, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
