nv 'Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is now serving in the Government Primary Health Centre, Vellakoil, Tiruppur District and hence this would construe continuance of her bond service. 2.In such circumstances, let the State obtain instructions and confirm as to whether the documents may be transferred to the present station within a week. 3.List on 21.03.2025.'

Today, a position note is circulated by Mr. K. Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate confirming that the original certificates of the contempt petitioner have been sent to the District Health Officer, Tiruppur for the petitioner to join as Medical Officer in Government Primary Health Centre, Vellakovil, Tiruppur - 638 111.

Learned counsel for the contempt petitioner also confirms the same. In the light of the aforesaid, the State does not wish to pursue the review application.

Recording the same, the contempt petition, the review application and connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
