ORDER

The prayer sought for in this transfer petition is to withdraw O.S.No.212 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Sub-Court, Mettur and transfer the same to the learned Family Court, Salem to be tried along with the H.M.O.P.No.247 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Family Court, Salem.

2. Since both the Courts are falling under the administrative control of the learned Principal District Judge, Salem, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the District Court for appropriate relief.
