This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7121 of 2026 in Crl.O.P No.1344 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7121 of 2026 in Crl.O.P No.1344 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal District Judge, Kallakurichi, i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders". The other conditions remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 12-06-2026 ep To 1.The Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thirukoilur, Kallakurichi District.
