When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted a compliance Report indicating his inconvenience in complying with the orders issued by this Court. Further, the learned counsel 1/3

for the petitioner, on instructions would seek permission of this Court to withdraw the present O.P. with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court at Srivaikuntam seeking for the similar relief and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present O.P. with liberty to file the O.P. as sought for.
