ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14482 of 2025, dated 21.05.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Poonamalee, every Monday to Friday at 10:30 a.m., and thereafter report before the respondent police every Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and that the investigation is almost completed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14482 of 2025, dated 21.05.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Poonnamallee once in a week i.e., on Tuesday of every week at 10:30 a.m., until filing of charge sheet and thereafter, on all the hearing dates before the Trial Court concerned without fail.
