The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that 2nd petitioner name in the cause title was wrongly typed as Agadeesh instead of Jagadeesh in the order dated 22.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.19612 of 2020. Further in paragraph No.6(a) of the above said order wherein, the amount is mentioned as Rs.5,000/-. Whereas in words, it has been wrongly mentioned as "Rupees Fifty Thousand Only". Hence, he prays for appropriate orders.

3.In view of the above submission, the name of the second petitioner in the cause title and paragraph 6(a) of the order dated 22.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.19612 of 2020, shall be read as follows;

1. "In Cause title 2nd petitioner name is Jagadeesh S/o. Chellamuthu

2. In paragraph 6(a): Accordingly, each of the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No.2089 of 2020 and on such deposit, the petitioners are ordered to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the copy of this order is made ready, the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/ 1/2
