This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5145 of in Crl.O.P.No.3882 of 2022 on 19.04.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
