ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The petitioner filed the instant writ petition before this Court, alleging that the petitioner along with his relative on 23.09.2020 and 10.11.2021 went to the Dharmapuri Government Hospital, for taking treatment but no doctor was available and they were made to wait for hours for the treatment. Hence, they made a complaint in twitter to @CMOTamilnadu,@subramanian-ma, @collrdi,@DD-IAS and filed RTI application on 12.10.2021. After getting the particulars, they made a written representation to the respondents for taking action for the non-availability of the doctors in the aforesaid hospital.

Counter filed by the respondent by explaining the fact that though the petitioner had alleged that he had accompanied his relative during the period on 23.09.2020 and 10.11.2021, to the hospital, he had not given details as to who was the patient and what was the complication of the concerned patient, and simply vague allegations are made in the affidavit.
3. It is further stated in the counter affidavit that during the Covid -19 period, the number of patients were high and doctors themselves have been quarantined and there was some difficulty in the hospitals to attend the patients. 3/6
During that period, the Bio-metric was not followed strictly, considering the situation as prevailed during that period of time and further based on the said representation, Review Meeting was conducted by the hospital administration and took a decision that all the doctors would reach hospital on time and attend all the patients and only then leave from the Government hospital and ensured that no patient will be left untreated. It is further stated that doctors will take care of all the out patients and in patients and also help in surgery, postmortem throughout the day. Therefore, the first respondent seek to record the statement made by him in the counter affidavit and dispose of the writ petition.
4. On perusal of the affidavit, it is seen that the petitioner has not furnished any of the particulars for filing the PIL. Therefore, by accepting the statement made in the counter affidavit by the first respondent, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
