ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to settle the terminal benefits of Rs.12,50,364 with interest at 12% p.a from the date of due on 1.8.2012 till the date of payment.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. Though the prayer in this Writ Petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 2.5.2016, expeditiously. limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 2.5.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
