Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari calling for records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Memo No.029008/1102/ F.1/F.12/2018-12 dated 27.06.2018 and quash the same.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 27.06.2018 issued for withdrawing the payment of advance increments.

2. It appears that the petitioner did not reply to the show cause notice issued and as such increment given to him has been withdrawn. The petitioner however submits that he replied to the show cause notice issued, but without considering the same the impugned order has been issued.

3. Be that as it may, the aforesaid being a disputed one this Court at this stage does not want to issue notice. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to make a representation to the Appellate Authority in this regard within one week from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, if https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

so advised, and on such representation, the authority concerned shall take a decision by speaking order, within seven days from the date of such representation.
