In view of "No Objection" expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent Transport Corporation based on the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners in the respective civil miscellaneous petitions, the delay in filing each of the writ appeals is condoned and the civil miscellaneous petitions are ordered as prayed for.
3. It is made clear that the period during which there was delay in filing each of the writ appeals will not be counted for the purpose of continuity of service, backwages or any other monetary benefits in respect of the workman concerned.
