ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in para No.6 (b) in Crl.O.P.No.8164 of 2026 dated on 01.04.2026.

2. Since the petitioner has complied only for a period of seven days between 07.04.2026 and 13.04.2026 and hence considering the seriousness of allegation and the past conduct of the petitioner, this Court could not found any ground to modify or to relax the condition. Hence this petition is dismissed.
