(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) This petition has been filed alleging that the petitioner's wife by name Mahalakshmi, and two children, a female child by name Rakshitha, aged 2 years and a male child by name Pradheesh, aged 3 months have been found missing.

2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that all the three detenues were produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vridhachalam in connection with the Cr.No.451 of 2016 on the file of Vridhachalam Police Station. The detenue had gone with her husband along with her children. The same has been recorded by the learned Magistrate.
