] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the Criminal Appeal before this Hon'ble Court which was filed against the conviction order dated 26.04.2024 passed in SC.No.69 of 2018 made by learned Additional District Session Judge, Fast Track Court at Aarani.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
