Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider the representation dated 28.03.2018 made by the petitioner to disburse the regular annual increment for the past three years on par with other teachers of the third respondent school and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time.

O R D E R

Heard Mr.T. Sundaravadanam, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Kavitha, the learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of order to be passed herein, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner has come to this Court by way of this Writ Petition seeking a writ of mandamus, directing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the first and second respondents to consider her representation dated 28.03.2018 made for disbursement of regular annual increment for the past three years on par with other teachers of the third respondent/School and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time. 3.

The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that, if such representation is pending, the respondents shall have no objection to consider the same, but, in accordance with law within the period, as directed by this Court.

Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner and after hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case as projected by the petitioner, either in this Writ Petition or representation, disposes of the Writ Petition, at the stage of admission, with a direction to the first respondent to take informed and considered decision on the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.03.2018, if not already taken, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. No costs.
